Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the vj8 platform. If vj8 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances (including bonus funds and winnings) may be forfeited pending investigation. vj8 reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether multiple accounts have been created to circumvent these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Gameplay and Fair Play

vj8 may at its discretion issue a formal warning before taking action on prohibited conduct, or may take immediate action without prior warning where the severity of the breach warrants it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vj8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the vj8 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies whether the basis of liability is contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not vj8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vj8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. vj8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

vj8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter a player's rights or obligations — vj8 will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Notice will be given via the email address or mobile number registered on the player's account, or by a prominent notice on the vj8 platform accessible upon login.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a provision, or additions of new game categories — may take effect immediately without advance notice.
